MOS e-learning course – How to do the Knowledge based practice

If you want to prepare a Microsoft Office Specialist certification with MeasureUp you have two options:

  • Use a MOS Practice Test. This product is recommended for an average user. Through this product, you will have access to more than 140 tasks that you will have to perform in the application (Word, Excel or PowerPoint).
  • Use a MOS e-learning. This product is recommended for a begginer user. This product is made up of a theoretical content (theoretical explanations and videos) and a practice test (where the user can practice with the app (more than 140 tasks).

Technical requirement
  • Operating system: Windows 8.1 or 10
  • Microsoft Office with a valid license: Office 365 Home, Office 365 Personal, Office Home & Student for PC, Office 365 for Business or Office 365 for Business Premium.

How to do the Knowledge based practice

When you have finished studying a content, you are ready to take the corresponding Knowledge-based practice. To do this, please follow these instructions:

Steps
  1. Click on the Module title.
  2. STEP 2. LEARN & PRACTICE & CREATE.
  3. Click on Knowledge-based practice.
  4. Make sure you read and understand the information in the Test Information and Interface tutorial screens, and click on Next until you reach the last page.
  5. Click on Begin Test.
  6. The Knowledge-based practice is launched.

Note. Click on Show answer if you need to see the correct options.

  1. To answer the questions, click to select your answer or follow the instructions provided with the advanced item types. Later, click on Next.
  2. Repeat the before step until you reach the last question.
  3. Click on Finish Test.
  4. The Test Score Report will be displayed. You can see the unanswered, pass and fail questions.

  1. When you have finished seeing the report, click on the Exit activity button.
